My Story

For most of my career, I've lived in spreadsheets, system implementations, and boardroom presentations. As a Principal Consultant and Project Manager at SAP, I help Fortune 500 companies across the Bay Area navigate some of the most complex technology decisions of their business lives. Before that, I worked as a Business Systems Analyst at Equinix in Redwood City, and before that, as a software engineer at Patni Computer Systems, where my journey in Silicon Valley first began.

I'm good at what I do. I understand data, process, and how to translate complexity into clarity. What I didn't expect was that my most important lesson about real estate would come not from a client, but from myself.

The Moment Everything Changed

When our family outgrew our first East Dublin home and began the search for our next one, I knew the neighborhoods and the schools. And still, making that move in this market was unlike anything I'd encountered professionally. The stakes were deeply personal. The data was overwhelming. The timelines were brutal. And despite all my analytical experience, I found myself wishing I had someone in my corner who could give me both the market insight and the human context: an advisor who could match my local knowledge with the transaction expertise that doesn't show up in a Zillow report.

We eventually found our next home in Tassajara Hills, a neighborhood I know street by street, park by park, school by school. And in that process, I found a second calling.

Why Real Estate, Why Now

I earned my California real estate license in April 2026 and joined ValleyVentures Realty, Dublin's premier boutique brokerage founded by broker Sunny Khatav, who has guided Tri-Valley families since 2006. Under this team's mentorship, I bring something that most new agents can't: a deep analytical background honed over 15 years in high-stakes consulting, combined with the authentic perspective of someone who has lived through every emotion of the buying process firsthand.
